1) No swearing. At all.
2) No killing off another person before both you and them agree.
3) Don't suddenly defy the Capitol. I know what my plot line is going to be, and you ruining it will mess up everything.
4) No escaping. If you've read Catching Fire, you know there's a force-field, but no finding that little square that can destroy the force-field either. As I've said before, it's more advanced.
5) You can only join up to four people, and no being two people of the same district. It's not fair to others.
6) Once all the spaces are taken up, they're taken up. The only exception is when someone dies, and if they do, someone may reserve it, but only when that tribute dies and is taken off the list.
